Digital try-ins are checked chairside against the same criteria as a conventional wax try-in: tooth position, midline, occlusal plane and lip support, before the final design proceeds. That means a digital try-in isn't a shortcut that skips verification, it's the same verification in a faster format.
Quality control and turnaround
Tooth setup and gum contouring, occlusal scheme and vertical dimension, framework retention and coverage, and fit against the edentulous ridge are checked on every case before delivery. Turnaround runs 8 to 15 hours depending on whether the case is a try-in stage or a final denture.
Revisions are unlimited within the original case scope, including try-in adjustment rounds — a denture that doesn't fit comfortably at try-in gets corrected, not shipped as final anyway.
